The Capitola Art Deco Engagement Ring. A large and in charge antique diamond engagement ring centered by a most captivating old mine cut diamond chunk weighing an impressive 2.23 carats. We hand made the Art Deco platinum masterpiece from the ground up, using a well loved, but worn out original as our template and rescuing the original old mine cut cushion solitaire. The high crown and the large, blocky facets of these old world "romance stones" sparkle with vivid rainbows that dance with light and brilliance.
Why you will love it: Very sturdy; the bezel setting keeps your diamond secure and looks amazing with abundant and delicate milgrain detailing. An intricately pierced, hand scrolled under gallery. The halo surround set with the most darling, old cut tiny sparklers. The peace with knowing the sustainability of owning a 140 year old gemstone.
